Music
(Tone, sound טון, צליל) not only goes far back into our human history, but sound (frequency) was and is essential to the creation of our earth, world, life, form and all that exists.
Looking at it from the perspective of Hebrew mysticism, the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet are an aspect of God's creation and spiritual manifestation. And every single letter has its meaning, numerical value and sound, i.e. sound.
So in (Bereshit) - Bereshit is composed of the letters - (Beth, Resh, Shin, Jod, Teth), which means "In the beginning" and includes the entire book of Genesis.
In Bereshit / Gen 1,3 it says:
אוֹר
And God said it would beLight (Or) אוֹר and there was light.
Means the moment God spoke, manifested through the
Sound, i.e. through its word and the resulting frequencies
Light.
As we know, light in its entirety consists of the visible and
colors not visible to the naked eye, each with its own specific property and frequency.

Also on the following days of his creation God spoke and it was!
So, again by His Word, everything came into shape.
The role that sound/frequency plays in the creation of form can be seen here with a few examples:
Thus, certain frequencies can not only affect us emotionally or provoke a reaction, but can actually be harmful to the body, such as the 440 Hz knowingly used in media, film and music, since we are mostly liquid. The musician is first mentioned in Bereshit / Genesis 4:20 - 21
So the musician is absolutely one of the original professions.
And Ada bare Jabal; this became the father of those who dwell in tents and among flocks. 21 And his brother's name was Jubal; he became the father of all those who use the zither and the flute.
The name Jubal derives from the Hebrew yobel = the horn.
Bereschit / Genesis 4, 23 we then find the first rough chant:
And Lamech said to his wives: Ada and Zillah, hear my voice! Women of Lamech, listen to my speech! Indeed, I slew a man for my wound, and a boy for my welt.
In Gen. 31, 27 making music is mentioned for the first time:
Why did you secretly escape and deceive me and not tell me? I would have accompanied you with joy and with songs, with tambourine and zither!
But we only really talk about making music in Exod. 15 When Moses and the people of Israel went through the Red Sea (Reed Sea) and Moses be victory song joined in, whereupon Mirijam, playing the tambourine, followed with her singing and all the women accompanied her with instruments.

Music is healing
King David.. דוד המלך
That music can be healing when used properly is demonstrated by David when he is called to King Saul and David plays the harp (lyre/zither) and sings to him to warn him of the evil spirits and demons that possess him is, heals.
So in 1. Shmuell / 1. Samuel 16,14-16 / 16,23
14 But the spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him. 15 And Saul's servants said to him, Behold, an evil spirit from God troubles you.
23 And it came to pass, when the spirit of God came upon Saul, David took the lyre and played 'on it' with his hand. And Saul found relief, and he got better, and the evil spirit departed from him.
